Atla’s Granola
Crispy, Crunchy, and Not Too Sweet
This granola was a staple at our NYC shop, and you’d better believe we’re bringing it to Vermont! Crispy and crunchy but not too sweet, it’s perfect served with unsweetened yogurt, especially Greek yogurt or Skyr. Our favorite inclusions are cranberries and pecans, but you can use any dried fruits and nuts you like. This recipe also a fun opportunity to utilize a more interesting type of salt. We make this granola with Himalayan pink salt which gives it a really special flavor. Because the salt is measured in grams, you can use any type you like.
